The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Saturday disclosed that results from the 2023 general elections would be collated manually. The electoral body adopted this means despite the electronic transmission of results. According to the National Commissioner and Chairman of its Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, INEC would transmit results from polling units to its result-viewing portal, IReV.
